"The staff is excellent and professional.
The hotel is close to the station and near a convenience store as well as two rather large shopping centers within easy walking distance. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much!"
"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

APA Hotel & Resort Nishishinjuku Gochome Eki Tower
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay at this hotel. It's in a great area that has restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. The bus and subway station was a 2 minutes walk away. The only confusion we had in the first day or two was their air-conditioning system. They sent us a notice that the room air conditioning was part of the central system and that we couldn't control it in each room, but that wasn't true. After the 2nd day we found that we could control our room air conditioning system, and so we were able to set the temperature to our liking at night when we returned from our outings. There were other on-site amenities like public baths and coin laundry machines, but we did not use them. "
"Family of 4 with two elementary aged kids- the room had a king size bed and two smaller mattresses at the large window seats that the kids fit perfectly in. Views of Tokyo were incredible! Very modern and comfortable, extremely clean. The staff were attentive and friendly. Do not miss the breakfast buffet- best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had! Location was great- the park close by was a nice mini escape from the hustle and bustle, subway station on the corner, and close to the center of Shinjuku. Hotel gym was top tier. Dining options in the hotel were a major plus!"
"Very convenient location to Shinjuku station, restaurants and nightlife. The hotel is very modern, clean and the rooms are exceptionally quiet. We enjoyed our stay."
