The staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the air worked great. The TV kept losing signal, the remote only worked half the time, the table lamp blinked off and on when I tried to turn it on and it smelled of Frebreeze (which I don't like). My husband went to breakfast and said it wasn't very good and ended at 9am on a Saturday. I only stay in hotels with and over 8 rating. This was 8.2 and I don't think it lived up to that.

It is a lovely hotel as far as the rooms and the decor. It’s clean. It’s comfortable. But it is some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered especially at a hotel that’s supposed to be higher caliber. And the food in the restaurant was almost inedible for dinner. But the staff and how they treated customers really made it a negative experience. We will not be back.

The room was quiet and clean enough. I cleaned it a little more when I checked in. The AC unit dripped water constantly, I put a bucket down to catch the water. Housekeeping only comes every 3rd day!?! And they didn't show up on my 3rd day, I had to get towels from the front desk. And that's wallpaper, not real brick.
