The property was clean. However, be aware that there is no elevator to 2nd floor and the first floor was not ground level. Had to use small set of stairs to get to first floor rooms. No coffee in the room, which is unusual these days. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental. It was okay. All in all it was an okay stay. Main thing is it was clean and convenient for a one night stay.

Some staff members are not well trained for customer service. The room was clean . The location is very convenient, walkable area.

Very clean. Unique decor. Awesome shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Love the big fluffy pillows. Could not reach guest services on phone outside of building. Used shuttle to go to zoo, tried 30 minutes to call for pickup but never reached guest services. Please have shuttle drivers provide us with their own number. Had to get an Uber. Very annoying after long hot day. Or hire remote workers to handle phone calls. Also ice machines broken on several floors, and only one microwave in building and it was on main floor. Please put microwave and upkeep ice machines on all floors. Staff that we did speak with were fire and helpful

I was surprised that there were so many extended stay customers, but duh I should have known. It was pretty busy and noisy until 9:30-10:00. But very quiet all night and morning. Kitchen is not stocked, but front desk had coffee for the coffee maker and spoons. Excellent night staff.

The overall stay was really good. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were cleaned every day upon my request and easily accessible to the downtown area. The beds are comfortable given that we came in 1 am and went straight to bed! The view was awesome and overall the stay was commendable. Thanks to the overall staff and we will definitely be back!
