“Wir waren super zufrieden in dem Haus von Kate. Das Haus ist richtig schön eingerichtet, war sehr sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten ein kleines Heizung-„Problem“ und Kate hat sich sofort gemeldet und sich direkt gekümmert. Wir sind super happy mit allem und würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!”

“Im August 2024 haben wir für 2 Wochen in der Casa Lautone unsere Ferien verbracht. Unser großzügiges Appartement war im 3. Stock, welches über einige Treppen (insgesamt 56 Stufen) zu erreichen ist. Außerdem im Erdgeschoss ein Bad mit Dusche sowie eine weitere Küche. Draußen gibt es zwei Bereiche mit Tischen und Stühlen. Dazu einen großen Aufstell-Pool. Im 1. Stock ist ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit Kamin, Tischtennis und Billard-Tischen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen: 1. Die Sauberkeit in……

“Great communication with Eliano before we arrived. A lovely welcome with some fantastic local food treats and a detailed tour around the well equipped villa. The house and pool is well laid out with plenty of shade and fantastic views. The countryside is beautiful with a multitude of hilltop towns and wooded peaks. Overall great hosts and a very relaxing holiday. ”

“Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus von Michela. Die Lage und Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich dafür wird man aber mit einem wunderschönen Haus in toller Lage belohnt. Wir haben das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Rom genutzt. Das Haus war der perfekte Ausgleich nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Bei Fragen war Michela immer für uns erreichbar. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit.”

“Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss....”

“My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. “Livia is a fantastic host, and we spent 5 incredible days at the Casale. We received suggestions about activities and restaurants, and Livia, Tiziana and Ferruccio have been incredibly available for any concern we had. The Casale is even better than it looks in the pictures and i highly recommend it!! Thank you!”
