"Clean Rooms, Good location"

"This was a lovely place to stay. Just a stone’s throw away from Termini, in the quiet district of embassies right by Porta Pia. The neighborhood is not directly in the historic center, but still inside the ancient walls of the city. It is also next to the affluent district around Via Nomentana. That means there are a ton of excellent restaurants in the neighborhood to eat like a local. Room was very big, in top condition, and impeccably clean. My partner is very noise sensitive, so when I requested a very quiet room, they set us up with one facing the courtyard at the end of the hall. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. That being said, the breakfast rooms are small and tight, and the hotel absolutely needs to put soundproofing on the ceiling/walls to dampen the noise."

"the staff here are amazing!! they are willing to help and are super friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with breads, sweats, cereals, vegetables and your regular breakfast sides (egg, beans, bacon). they have a coffee machine and togo cups available as well. there’s a snack and water vending machine on the ground floor as well. they also have a morning and night shuttle that takes you to and from a train station if you are planning to go visit any of the tourist sites. the slots do fill up quickly tho, with the maximum of 8 people i believe, so be sure to let the front desk know asap. also a side note, if you are coming from the US do not order uber eats at 2am! lol i know it is normal to do so in the US but this hotel has a no outside food policy and after night time (not sure exactly what time) they will lock the doors as well."

"Beautiful property, comfortable design, quiet, great bathroom-especially the shower-and location in residential neighborhood far from the tourist mobs but easily accessible by bus and metro and taxi were all terrific, will highly recommend and stay again."

"The breakfast selection is good. The room size is ok. We had to request luggage rack as this "superior room" is relatively small, there's no place to sit our 2 luggage even on the floor. We were told that we booked a "classic room" but they gave us the superior one, with a balcany. Thus the room is small. Most of the time we would be out touring the historical sites in Rome, who needs a balcany looking at the back of the other building? I requested a different room, but was told there's no other room available except a suite on the 8th (top) floor but we need to pay additional 60 euros. Since we paid over $300 (with tax) for one night, we didn't want to spend a penny more. The design of the room is not well thought out, as we can hear the next room flush the toilet and shower water running. The open closet doesn't have drawers or storage space. This means that we cannot unpack our luggage. The bathroom is pretty large. The other positive point of this hotel is the location. The metro stop is across the street. Many cafes, shops nearby. Some intersting places are with walking distance, i.e. Palazzo Massimo Museum, Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Not sure if all hotels in Rome are over 300 dollars a night, but this is not a first class hotel which we expected."

"Paulo was fantastic!! He referred me to some great record shops in Rome. The breakfast was terrific! He also referred us to some awesome local restaurants. ALSO, he was very fast on grabbing us taxi's to get around the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting to Rome."

"Great stay! Awesome Spa! Gym equipment was broken but managed to get a workout with what was available. Room was awesome but No AC and TVs didn't work. Other than that Staff was very nice, professional and accommodating."
