As titled. There was an ash tray outside of our front door (we asked for a non-smoking room). One of the desk lamp was not working which made the room a dark one. We had to go to the front desk to ask for bath towels and I saw there was another guest doing the same. Towels were very old and worn-out. The floor was dirty and sticky. This place is rundown and in a not so great area. The staff were friendly but that’s pretty much it. When we got to the room, it was so unsanitary we were shocked-especially during COVID. There were stains on the bed, the lock was falling off of its hinges, the towels and walls were not clean. On top of that we’re pretty sure we saw blood on the bathtub and the fire alarm was disconnected. We ended up calling the staff to ask for a refund which they stated would be returned but we haven’t gotten one yet after two or three weeks. It’s such a bummer.
