Great Family Getaway

This property has been well maintained and is perfect for a family of four. The pool was very refreshing on those hot afternoons. The location of the house is great as its pretty much 20 to 30 minutes from all the great hotspots. There are food options and grocery stores even closer which made it easy to pick up something for dinner and enjoy using the grill out by the pool. One thing that could have made this better would have been nicer pots and pans as we like to cook at home. Also, just be aware that you can hear the traffic pretty early in the morning as well as the construction across the street. It didn't bother us though because we were up early trying to stay on Eastern Standard Time. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to couples or a small family looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great home and location

We love N Scottsdale, especially this area. This home was exactly as described, pool was nice especially in the 100 deg heat. It was convenient to the mountains and also town. Bathrooms were large which I love!! The property manager was always quick to answer our questions. I would stay at this home again without question.

Great Spring getaway!

We had a wonderful time! It is a very clean and comfortable property located in a quiet residential area. Quick and easy access to the 101 when needed and just a quick drive north or east to some great desert hikes! And the pool was perfect ….86 degrees and so comfortable!

Great stay at a great property

Had a fantastic stay at this great home, location was perfect to a number of golf courses, restaurants and shopping. The house was clean, updated and very comfortable, the pool was warm and refreshing and enjoyed the pool table and tabletop arcade game with every game you could think of. Will certainly be staying there again in the future!

NYE & Birthday

Nice location

Convenient location. Nice accommodations. Heated pool was nice even though the nightly temps dropped in the 30’s (December stay). This would be a perfect place to stay if you were planning to attend the PGA Waste Management Open.

Great place and location

The property was in great shape and well kept. The amenities with the pool table and warm pool were wonderful and the location was very convenient to all the golf courses we played in Scotsdale.

Weekend Wedding

In town for a wedding. This location is great for anything going on in the Valley. Easy access to freeways. Plenty of things to do nearby. Hosts were amazing and communicated seamlessly for all info regarding the property. Will recommend this location and definitely stay here again when in town. Thx.

Fun House

The trip went as smooth as you could expect it to go. The house was clean, and has some fun amenities for a weekend getaway. It did get hot in the house at times, but we were able to cool off in the cold pool. It was a fun weekend!

Great location! Great place to unwind

Perfect place to relax, enjoy your pool have. Putting contest then move on over to a game of Corn hole. Once the sun sets mov on inside for a challenge on the pool table. Home is clean and lots of area to stereochemistry out. Well stocked towels and a great kitchen.
