Golf trip

We had a great stay and this 3 bedroom 2 bath house was perfect for our 3 person golf vacation. The house is in a good location wjth easy access to the freeway and Old Town. It was too cold to use the pool but that is a nice addition for the warmer months. Overall, we would stay here again, especially given the price compared to other similar places.

We were promised access to property at 4. We finally reached to to manager only to apologize and say he overslept. My question who should we contact when property contact is not available when promised?Sink in master bath leaked as water was running across floor.
