Poolside Condo at Pointe Resort at Tapatio Cliffs

  • The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix. The resort has three pools, three spas, tennis, and basketball courts and is minutes from hiking and biking trails at North Mountain Preserve. There are many golf courses within a ten mile radius including the famous Lookout Mountain Golf Club. The resort is close to many major freeways, 15 miles from the Phoenix airport, and 10 miles from downtown Phoenix (15 minute drive to Scottsdale, Tempe, ands downtown Phoenix).

    The Pointe offers beautifully lush maintained grounds and pools. The heated pools have a covered area for shade, lots of sitting areas, pool chairs, and 2 gas grills for BBQ'ing.
    The condo is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a split floor plan for privacy. There is private bathroom on each side of the unit, ceramic tile floor throughout. It has an open living and family room area and can sleep up to 8 with a king in the master, two doubles, and a queen sofa sleeper. This unit has a lot of new furniture, bedding, and kitchen items.

We enjoyed staying at this condo and would definitely recommend it. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. It was very close to the pool and the property is well maintained.

Fantastic stay. Place was exactly as posted. Very clean; lots of supplies; kitchen well stocked (a little small). Mellissa was always communicative. I messed up the check-in instructions. She answered her phone immediately. All my guests enjoyed the pool (right outside the door). Hope to get back next year.

The condo was wonderful! It was very quiet. The pool and hot tub were nice. We had what we needed as far as kitchen utencils for making breakfast everyday before heading out for the day. We all enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Beautiful setting, comfortable condo

Group of 4 70+ year old fraternity friends from college down for the Final Four. Ground floor unit was perfect and it's proximity to the pool was a bonus. Condo was n8cely set up and well- stocked. 2 coffee makers (reg. & Keurig). Full sized fridge + washer & dryer were great. Would definitely come back!

Good location w/ amenities

We used the kitchen and enjoyed the hot tub and pool as both were heated well. The two bathroom two bedroom provided good space. Location provides access to lots of restaurants, groceries, and things to do.

Excellent accommodations

Location was great, condo was clean and had all amenities. We had 4 adults and two teenagers, we did not feel cramped, the kids loved the heated pool and easy walk to hiking trails at Phoenix Mountain. Melissa responds promptly to any calls/questions. I would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Excellent! Well appointed and very comfortable accommodations. Loved the location both within the housing community and general location. We were blessed to have grandchildren visit us for some 'sleepovers'. We had visitors from home which worked well with the 2 bedrooms and two baths. Lots of great home touches made for...I hate to leave. We were part of the amazing overall plan to keep the condos looking great. Appreciated the communication around the expectations of guests in the process.

Clean and Centrally Located

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of space in the condo. It was more spacious than I imagined from the pictures. All details on how to get into the complex and the condo were easy to follow and all instructions were very clear. The place was very clean and had a well furnished kitchen with all appliances and dishes needed. There were plenty of extra towels, sheets and blankets. The villa was separate from others and on a more industrialized road, but location to everything we wanted to see was about 20 minutes (stadium, Scottsdale shopping, Camelback Mountain, etc.). Great place to stay!
