Easy access property

Overall good property. Did have a cat smell upon arriving, but had everything we needed. Worked well for our visit.

Awesome Stay in Scottsdale

Just a quick trip to bring home a snowbird, thought we’d make a holiday out of it. The property was easy to find, great location and clean. The second bedroom could use a luggage table and possibly more towels. The only complaint was we were looking forward to using the hot tub. I don’t think it’s been working (based on past reviews) for a while now. Better to just disclose to guests that it’s NOT working than indicating that it may get fixed during our stay. But still, a lovely and comfortable stay! Will be coming back to Scottsdaleat,

Spring training vacation

This is a very nice condo, in a good location near Old Town and the Giants spring training stadium. Nice pool too. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Golf Tournament Trip

My friends and I were staying here for the WM open. The property was perfect for our group of 6 guys and could have had even more friends comfortably stay with us. The host was great and very accommodating our groups weird flights (some arrived earlier than check in And then our flights were much later for check out). Overall, fantastic property and would definitely stay again in the future.

Disappointing amenities

We rented this property because of the hot tub and location. Unfortunately the hot tub was not checked out and verified that it worked before we arrived. The manager did attempt to have it repaired, but was not successful. I would have preferred them checking out everything before posting amenities that are not working.

Scottsdale

As advertised: Clean, close to Old Town and food/stores/shopping, well equipped, comfortable, safe, convenient parking, hot tub was a nice touch. Communication was god, but did send one message looking for master fan remote, that was not returned. The gate code just magically stopped working, arms full of groceries, and had to call emergency number for access. The pool is not heated, so it was a cold plunge (they may have put this in the listing, not sure). Place is a little hard to find for Ubers and food delivery. No street sign off Osborn to alley way. A few drivers got lost. These are not deal killer items. Would book again.

Great stay near Old Town

The townhouse was close to old town and served as an excellent base for golf in the area and some night life. Hot tub was great for soaking sore backs. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool so can’t comment. Ample parking and unit was well equipped with everything we need. Jayne was an excellent host and communicated thoroughly and promptly before our arrival. No communication was required during our stay as we had no issues. Thank you

6388E Osborne Rd Scottsdale

Overall the stay was good. A few issues were discovered after arrival such as the washing machine was leaking and had problems with the cycles, the hot tub was not hot, and the Keurig did not work. Notified the Property Manager, Jayne and she promptly reached out to service for the washing machine and hot tub. She ordered a replacement Keurig which arrived the day she ordered it. However, the washing machine could not be repaired and the temperature on the hot tub was not resolved until the day before we left. These were two of the main reasons for choosing this property. Thanks to Jayne for initiating the service request.

Too many things didn't work

The downstairs toilet ran 24/7 and was very loud. You could hear it when you were upstairs trying to sleep. It was very irritating. The garbage disposal couldn't be used because it was too "finicky". The washing machine couldn't be used because it wouldn't drain. The ice maker made a really loud knocking noise so we turned it off. There was mold in the master bath shower. The remote controls for the tv's either had no batteries or the batteries were dead. The property manager brought us fresh batteries the next morning along with kitchen towels, that were missing the day we arrived. If everything had worked properly, I would have no complaints. The location is good and the beds are comfortable.

Tournament stay

We were here for a baseball tournament. This property was well stocked and was perfect for 2 families sharing a property. The response time from owners was great. Overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommend going with park homes.
