First time at the Westin, staff at check in was great! Room clean and nicely done. Restaurant was also very nice, and the pool/bar was exceptionally good!

The front staff was HORRIBLE!!! No name tags, but two girls running the front desk ruined the stay for us. Did not even mind its 47$ to park plus tip cause it’s valet parking only. That would have been bad even but the staff was just rude,disrespectful, never smiled or would even look you in the eye. CRAZY because it’s such a nice hotel!

Highly recommend. The atmosphere was great! Easy walk to Mill Ave and all the bars and restaurants. The staff was great! Khalil greeted us with so much respect and courtesy, the bell/valet boys were friendly and provided us with recommendations upon request! We will go back!!
