"Hotel in total is good and we enjoyed our stay. Although its five star hotel, to me it looks good 4 stars hotel not 5 stars. Swimming pool is a bit small but super clean. The SPA is very nice and calm atmosphere. I would suggest to book junior room as normal room doesn't have access to SPA or roof ..."

Disappointing stay overall
"Disappointed overall. Issues with checkin as no link sent to do it online, the (virtual) hotel reception were helpful but it was stress I did not need. The WiFi did not get sorted until late afternoon then day after I checked in and to top it off, the balcony window shutter collapsed when I was putting ..."

"Det bästa med hotellet är närheten till Las Canteras och solterassen på taket. Lägenheten som var indoors rekommenderas ej utan bättre att ta outdoors. Ej kaffebryggare, tekokare eller micro. Ingen kniv att skära bröd med. Fick säga till om det och fick då en liten fruktkniv. Luktade illa i badrummet. ..."
