“Our initial room assignment was dirty and had a fist-punch mark on the wall next to the sink. I don't think it was supposed to be rented out. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a while. We discussed it with the manager and was promptly moved to an upgraded, very clean, room with a kitchenette. That room was very nice. I've seen other complaints about dirty rooms and am wondering if they aren't properly flagged in their database. The cleaning people were around every day going from room to……

“The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!”
