This is a gem. The staff were caring, welcoming and accommodating. The property is at a perfect location with many eating and shopping options. The bus stop was feet away and access to the metro a couple blocks away. Breakfast was great; it had a great selection of food. Negative: I tried modifying my reservation a couple weeks prior my stay, after noticing a mistake made at the time of booking. However, I was unable to reach anyone at tye hotel, over the phone. Later, I was told by the site I booked my stay, that the hotel denied the request. I will definitely go back to this hotel!

Room was super clean. The view all the way down to the lake from balcony was nice.

Staff member Allen R is amazing. He greets you with such enthusiasm and excitement every time. When leaving for the day, Allen R would always wish us a great day, explained parking ramp which was a great help. I would return to hotel just to catch up with Allen R.

Great location. Staff was welcoming. Room could have been cleaned better hair on sink, toilet and bed but overall not the worse I’ve seen. Would stay again for sure.
