Ask for a broom. Lots of sand in the room but its to be expected being Beach Front.
We were able to watch the release of the Kemp Ridley sea turtles
Nice, clean beach, but make sure you bring everything thing you need with you (towels, chairs, sunscreen, food/drinks) because there is only a small gift shop there with very limited items, mostly souvenirs.
Absolutely gorgeous Tx. Beach, well maintained. We attended a turtle hatchling release (they are at 6:45 am, and are scheduled by the park service I think), so we were very lucky to be able to attend a public viewing during the days we were scheduled to be in Corpus.
My partner was stung by a jellyfish so be careful
We actually didn’t go to the beach! We where their for the fiesta de la flor
