It was a great location. We arrived around 3:00 but no staff to check us in. A sign stated someone would be back shortly. We watched the staff enter from the parking lot. May a 10 minute wait. We mentioned this to the bartender who replied that people need a bathroom break from time to time. The elevator looked like a service elevator. The floor was uncarpeted and walls scuffed up. Our room, on the fourth floor had a view of the roof. The wood boards covering the duct work were weathered and warped. There was broken glass under our window. The heater made a disturbing noise. When I explained the room/heater the clerk stated that she knew about the view/condition of the roof and then stated that they need to use all available rooms and that someone has to get that room. We booked using a third party.
