“This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed ”

“All good, great location very quiet tucked away little apartment complex. No complaints at all.”

“Room was a non smoking room. Smelt of smoke so bad i felt like i had a hard time breathing. They only put two pillows on each bed. And gave us one towel for a two adult room with two beds. I knew it wasnt going to be fancy but this was ghetto and disgusting. The front desk was super kind and nice. My check out was at 11am and at 9am housekeeping was knocking on my door bothering me. I will never stay here again. ”

“This unit is very spacious and well-appointed for a studio apartment. The views of the city and Mt. Diablo are very nice.I continue to be dissatisfied with property management company. I had specifically asked for 2 sets of keys in advance and upon check-in, this was not made available until later in the day. The communication is corporate and not personal at all.”
