Reported next morning; despite daily follow-ups, it took 3 days to address. Drain treatment reduced but didn’t eliminate smell, and we kept windows open much of the time. “The location was perfect because we were near shopping and freeways. We were only 10 minutes away from family, friends and the new house that we purchased. The unit was very comfortable, quiet and ideal size for the two of us. We would definitely return and recommend to others. Brad and his team were very responsive and easy to work with. “Two smoke detectors started chirping at 2:30am. We tried to get them (one was hardwired) to stop. They said take out the battery and then no further instruction/no additional response until 5:30am. Meanwhile we were concerned about carbon dioxide and had to deal with horrible noise and went to sleep in the lobby. Property management said maintenance would come at 8am. No show until 9am. The kicker - maintenance person lives right next store to our unit. We shared a wall!!!!!! I bugged……

“This was a lovely place to stay while in Walnut Creek. The process to check in was involved, but the instructions provided made it seamless.
