"Spillway has everything!! Secure contactless entry, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Amenities are numerous: large walk in shower, full kitchen. Full deck share with 4 units, outside chairs and fire pit, use of free kayaks and bikes. A putting green and a bago game set up. Fitness center. This and a brief walk to town. The owners are a delight and very accommodating. A perfect vacation ❤️ Bellaire has fabulous restaurants and is 20 mins to Torch Lake. 30 mins to the Jordan River for tubing or kayaking. "

Allowed us to park 2 trucks w/trailers in backyard 4. Way too many glade plug-ins in outlets- total of 11 5. Upstairs smells like a smoker lived up there for years "

"We had the best family vacation at Jeff’s place. There were 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty to do for all ages! The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the large game room. The water is shallow and clear right off the dock which was perfect for our kids! The sunsets were amazing! We hope to come back again! "

"We stayed for a week and had a great time. Fishing, boating, sandbar! The chain of lakes is beautiful. The house had everything we could need and was very comfortable for a family of 4. Great restaurants in the area. The dock was nice to have for our boat. The hosts were onsite and so accommodating. New friends were made and the trip was a blast. "

"Listing states the property is 2 bedrooms plus a loft. Please note that the second bedroom is located in a separate structure that is not attached to the house. This was not clear in the listing. If you are staying with small children, I would not recommend this property.Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The floors in the separate structure had clearly not been cleaned. The patio furniture was covered in mold and the dock was in desperate need of a power wash. In addition, the trash can was overflowing from previous guests and the shed had 3, full bags of trash.The property does have A/C. However, it was 89 degrees inside upon our arrival. Be prepared to allow time for the house to cool down.The locks on the doors to both structures do not function properly and can be pushed open with minimal effort which is an obvious concern.The kitchen is minimally stocked and the coffee maker is broken.Communication with the host started off great. However, once these concerns were brought to her attention, communication stopped. The aesthetic of the property is adorably decorated with a lovely view of the lake. Having said that, I would not recommend due to the multiple concerns above."
