Staff and location to Plymouth State University was great. Sheets and pillows were clean and comfortable. It is an old motel but it was freshly painted and clean for the age of the property.

Clearly a no frills space. But, staff was helpful and they accepted pets. No coffee maker in room. However they did have a digital cable so one did not have to rely on those awful streaming services.

Owner was nice. Place was nice. Some reviews suggested otherwise, but I didn’t see anything bad- it was very good! Bed was super soft! Very comfortable here!

I respect everyone there.

This is a motel that houses people down on their luck . My stay was fine. Upgrades need to be done.

We were skeptical when we pulled up, as there were many people wandering around the units that looked shabby and permanently lived in, but we found our unit back behind the front building and found it to be quiet, clean and comfortable. A good stay!

Was as expected

Overall, the facility was what I was expecting for an inexpensive stay. People hanging around certain rooms, as if they live there, permanently. Though they were quiet and kept to themselves. I was annoyed because I wanted one of the beds changed, because of an odor. I mentioned it to the cleaner, yet it wasn’t done. Also, the bathroom door was closed when I entered the room. Upon opening the door, the room smelled of mildew. After running the bathroom fan for a while, either the odor went away or I became used to it. Beside these idiosyncrasies the stay was uneventful.

The neighboring rooms were being rented to long term people. Seemed like was housing homeless or people with addiction issues. People were smoking outside the rooms next to us and their ash trays had lots of cigarettes so they were there a while.

Check in was horrible. Desk was clearly horrible in communicating. Do not go here, not worth the money and super creepy. Welfare hotel in front and tourist in the back.
