The property was exactly as described and spotless. I didn't feel that the yard was usable. There was a tenant living downstairs (who was very nice to us) but we felt that the yard was hers and did not want to intrude. The floors were not level in some places in the apartment, but it did not cause us any issues. It might cause someone a problem if...
