“Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!!”

“Swift Beach community was the easy and peaceful getaway we were looking for. It was a short commute from the greater Boston area. The neighborhood was quiet with a quick walk to the beach. There were plenty of play grounds, walk paths, restaurants, and other activities for the whole family. We loved being able to bring the doggo and include him in the fun. ”

“We loved our stay at this cottage! Brendan was very communicative, and the house had many extras that were great for kids, including a beach wagon, beach and house toys, even a stepstool in the bathroom! Proximity to the beach was amazing, just a few minutes walk and we loved being able to walk just up the road to get breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was exactly as described. The views of Cape Cod view were amazing, the location was private, and convenient to activities we wanted to do in Plymouth and Cape Cod. We would definitely return if looking to come back to the area.”

“It was a sad trip as we were dropping our daughter off for college. So it was a blessing to have this central location to be easy to check into to, keep clean, and feel safe. We were spooked out at the basement it that’s cause we do not have basements where we live. We let the horror stories about basements get the better of us. But that lasted like 60 minutes. Haha. I would rent this again. ”

“What a beautiful little getaway in nature. This comfy cozy little cottage was the perfect spot to enjoy lots of day trips to the Cape, and beyond. Definitely we'll be back to enjoy a summer escape. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. This is a quaint cottage, uniquely and privately nestled on the property of a working, family owned "boatyard". With waterview and a sunrise that comes up in front of the cottage. The cottage is cozy with high-end finishes and appliances, it has everything and is close to town center. Highly recommend. ”
