When you need a break from the sun, the cool interior of your retreat features creature comforts like comfortable furnishings, tile flooring, and updated amenities. When hunger arises, utilize the well-equipped kitchen's gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also off this space, you'll find a private washer/dryer - perfect for refreshing your vacation garb in.
As the sun begins to set over the water, head outside and fire up the gas grill before dining alfresco with the people who mean the most to you.

You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $90 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check-in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets.*Please note: The Welcome Center is NOT associated with Vacasa. If you have any questions please call your Local Operation Manager.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. ** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
