Great location ! Easy 1.5 block walk to the waterfront boardwalk. We were upgraded to a pool view room which was clean and well maintained . The pool was great and we used it every day during the heat wave while we were in Cannes. Parking was “OK” , but very limited and a challenge to get in and out of the parking stalls. If you have a larger vehicle it would be very difficult. We had a small crossover SUV and parking was a challenge. Having said that, without on-site parking I am not sure where we would have parked. Overall a very good facility and I would certainly stay again. One complaint is the “smoking allowed” policy around the pool and outdoor patio area’s. It ruined our enjoyment of an otherwise pleasant stay. I complained to management, and they were long on sympathy but short on action. Ces’t la vie - it is France !
