Understandable, but there were 3 people ahead of me with issues. Neither clerk acknowledged me or greeted me when I walked in. I stood there almost 30 minutes while the other clerk stood there looking at her computer with no customers. She didn’t bother to even look at me or acknowledge me. A simple smile or we will be right with you would have been nice. I would go back for the convenience of a clean and comfortable hotel and the fact that the wonderful breakfast and free airport shuttle service.
