“We left check-in a bit too late which came a faff as we were approaching the property on public transport. You need to check-in to obtain an entry code for the building and your room. Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. All good in the end though - the apartment was immaculate, well sited for access across the city and we'd certainly recommend to others and would revisit.”

“Alles prima und sehr nette Betreuung durch Clara. Auch die Lage am Rande der kleinen Altstadt ist sehr gut. Nur das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Kaffeepause und Milch waren ok. Sonst nur Zwieback und Süßes in Verpackungen. Also lieber Preis etwas runter und angeben, dass man in der Altstadt gut frühstücken kann. Das wäre angemessener. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.”

“Wir waren mit zwei Kindern für eine Woche in Cannobio. Das Resort war für uns wirklich perfekt, die Lage super mit kurzem Weg zum See-Strand sowie zum Supermarkt und zur traumhaften Promenade. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit leckerem Essen, Bootsfahrt, Markt, Besichtigungen in der Nähe und Erholung. Im Hotel ist neben der schönen Gebäude besonders der Pool hervorzuheben. Es gibt außerdem Billiard, Kicker und Tischtennis sowie ein schönes Restaurant. Insgesamt ist sicher nicht alles perfekt, aber……

“Silvia am Empfang war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, fantastisch. Wir waren für 1 Nacht. Lage gut, ruig mit begrünter Anlage. Preis für 1 Nacht doch etwas teuer, aber noch okay. Zimmer geräumig. Küche vorhanden mit allem was man braucht. Parking vorhanden, Preis fair. Zimmer sauber, im Sommer jedoch sehr heiss, eine Klimaanlage müsste hier her, der Deckenventilator war mehr Dekoration als Abhilfe. Wir würden dennoch wieder kommen.”

"A big and nice hotel, especially with strong air conditioner. The staff is helpful. The restaurant outside with perfect view which you can’t miss out."

"Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."
