Great place to stay

Great stay in Prescott

House is lovely, comfortable and so close to great restaurants and fun things to do/see.. Owners are great and very easy to contact!! Wonderful back yard for our dogs and even a lovely bottle of wine when we arrived!

Relaxing Prescott home

This house was so inviting and relaxing for us. We walked everywhere and enjoyed discoveries along the way. Lots of history in this town and the trees were all starting to bloom. Purple, pink and white blossoms everywhere. Relaxing on the back patio with the propane fireplace as the sun went down. Then enjoying the beautiful sunsets out the front living room window with Thumb Butte in the background. We'll definitely be back!! Thank you Deb & Vinny

Just Right!

Our 6 person pet stay was just right for our needs! The location is streamlined for highway use, and ease of downtown fun. The communication and accessibility of the owners is kind, direct and speedy. A "will stay again" type of place!

Last minute luck

On the cross country drive to Arizona, only two days from check in, we found out that due to an unforeseeable problem, our original rental was not available. In a panic, I searched for another and was lucky enough to find this one. The owners were wonderful despite the unexpectedness of our booking. We took it for the whole month and were very comfortable. It was easy walking distance from downtown and we took full advantage of that. Deb and Vinny were very responsive whenever we had questions. They are wonderful hosts!

Wedding weekend

Overall it was a good place. Not far from whiskey row , could walk, but there are a few hills and if you've had a few drinks could be a challenge -LOL, we drove to our event as we had someone with a cane. The beds were great, very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. The only con was the back patio area is nothing like the picture, it needs some cleaning up. But overall good stay

Second wonderful stay

This is our second stay on this property this year. We came for the Christmas parade and courthouse lighting festival and it was perfect. We were in walking distance to everything so the road closures didn’t hinder us at all. Perfect cozy house for a winter getaway!

Great little house with plenty of room. Owners thought of many little ways to make you feel welcome, down to chocolates on the night stand,bottled water in the fridge & wine on the counter!

Great home for short stay

Property managers very responsive and accommodating. Location of house close to downtown is great. Well kept older home. Comfortable beds, nice linens and towels. Good basics in the kitchen. Yard could use a little care.

Perfect house in downtown Prescott

Stay was perfect. We had plenty of room. Everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the outdoor area to have a small party. House was close to everything — within walking distance. It had all the amenities we were looking for (walk in shower, laundry, grill, outdoor area) We were very pleased. We had some friends over that were also very impressed and said next time they plan to rent this one.

Perfect Prescott Getaway

As much as I would love to keep this gem of a property to myself, I had to leave a 5-star review. I feel like this property could really be a home-away-from-home for my little family. The size of the house for 2 adults and small (15lbs) dog was perfect! The fenced in backyard was perfect for our little dog to sniff around while we enjoyed a drink in the beautiful weather. The neighborhood was a perfect location to walk our dog and easily access Whiskey Row. I cannot say enough good things about this property. This house helped us fall in love with Prescott and we will definitely be back!

Prescott retreat

Vinny and Deb were amazing. Gave me links and info for bike trails on the gravity flow, and music in town. I loved the binder the have where they list some of the favorite food stops they have. I concur as I tried a few of them. They were helpful and replied quickly if I had a question. The only thing I think needs done is to get a deep clean. It’s time. Other than that I loved the location and took my bike into town quite a few times.

Clean and Cozy

We had a great experience with our stay. The house is cozy and beds were very comfortable. House was nice and clean. We were 6 adults and we all fit well in the living room. Restrooms, kitchen and all bedrooms were well stocked with all the necessities. Covered parking for our 1 car which I was so grateful for cause it snowed while we were there. Deb and Vinny were so nice and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Deb and Vinny!

Wonderful Stay in Prescott

This was the perfect place to stay for our girls weekend! Four of us (plus 2 small dogs) were reuniting in Prescott and this home provided everything we needed for an enjoyable and very comfortable stay. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, plentiful and comfortable seating in living room (where we spent majority of our time catching up), and fully fenced backyard for the dogs. There was a gas fire pit, BBQ, and corn hole available in yard, too. (House was clean and you’d never know small pets are allowed). The location was fabulous with a nice short walk (a couple blocks) to downtown historic Prescott, with Courthouse and Whiskey Row. And the additional bonus were the best VRBO hosts, I have ever experienced (and I have rented a lot of VRBO’s thru the yrs)! Deb and Vinny were wonderful in communicating all along the way, with true care and concern for us as their guests. It was so nice to get the personal touch and extra care that came from them as owners vs property managers. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Great place to stay near Whiskey Row!

My family and I came to Prescott to move our daughter into a nearby college. From the very beginning, Vinny and Deb communicated with us and provided lots of helpful information (On arrival, there was also a booklet that had been put together which detailed all their favorite restaurants and activities and we ended up going to several of the restaurants!). The house itself is great and had plenty of room for everyone. There are thoughtful touches throughout the house and we were even left with a bottle of wine to enjoy. We didn't end up using the backyard, but it looked to have plenty of room if you were looking to entertain. Almost every night, we walked the short distance (no more than 10 minutes) to the Whiskey Row area to enjoy the restaurants and entertainment. Prescott is a cool city and seemed to have something every night, although mid-week many restaurants seem to be closed by 9pm, so plan accordingly. Overall, this is a great place to stay with three bedrooms and a nice living room for everyone. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future as the location and property was great!
