"The staff at the Omni made my birthday stay so personable and special, from the upgraded room to the birthday cupcake and card left in my room. Each employee was generous enough to stop and talk, offering whatever assistance they could. The drone night display was impressive to watch. Sitting out on the balcony was amazing, taking in the view and relax. I plan to come back and have recommended it to five of my friends. Three of which have booked a stay. "During my visit, the TV in my room stopped working for about 1–2 hours due to a technical issue. While this was a bit inconvenient, the front desk team was exceptionally friendly and did their best to make things right. I truly appreciate their efforts and hospitality — they made the downtime feel less of an issue. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a good breakfast. I’d be happy to come back again."
