Awe inspiring
The views say it all: one cannot top the expansive Alpine vista from the kitchen/great room nor patio. Our extended family of five couples with 4 grand kids lived quite comfortably in the house. Very clean. Make sure you have the essentials when you check in; the kitchen is wonderfully large but items can be hard to find and some basics may be missing from otherwise comprehensive mix. Manager is very responsive- just reach out if you need something.

Breathe Taking
We had a small elopement/family vacation here. The views are amazing to wake up to with coffee on the patio and great for evening entertaining. Our family loved this location. The house is very spacious but has a lot of stairs, not recommended for someone that can’t do stairs very well.

Management was great. House was perfect, except TVs were not working well, they were buggy. I’m sure those will be fixed next time round. They had someone there next day to address. The place is everything it was advertised to be. At end of season, waterfall is not quite like picture, but still very nice. Hollow park is a must do with children!

Wonderful Christmas family vacation
We very much enjoyed our stay over Christmas. We had 10 adults and 7 children, (under the age of 7) and house was big enough for all. Great room upstairs was large and perfect for being all together. We were not informed beforehand about snow packed roads and needing all wheel drive cars. A couple of my kids had a hard time getting to the cabin and it was a bit precarious getting back down! I will agree with some of the previous reviews that the uneven heating of the home is an issue in the winter, especially in the bunk room and entry way which were freezing! There is no heat in entry at all. Having said that, I have a large home and it is a challenge having all floors/rooms heated evenly. When we arrived we were greeted by Johnny who was still cleaning the home from previous occupants. TV upstairs was not working as stated previously which he offered to continue to work on but it was already an hour past our check in time and we were ready to get settled. Fortunately, we brought our apple TV. There were a few other items that needed attention but all in all we had a lot of fun and loved the location of the home. We would love to come back in the Fall when colors are out and we can hike to Stewart Falls.

Amazing property with breathtaking views
Spacious family room with two fireplaces and large HD TV with spacious kitchen accommodating all who want to have a hand in the meal. You’ll have to view the photos on line to get the picture. The owner was very attentive to making sure we were comfortable and all was well in spite of the sub zero cold spell. Roads were bladed after each snow, increasing our safety and comfort level. A truly magnificent home and property!

Great location and views. Could have been better at communicating.
Enjoyed our stay overall. The manager was very responsive when we messaged or called him and was very nice. Some of the paperwork we received in advance of our stay had some incorrect or outdated information regarding things like the gate code and manager info. Some in my group were also frustrated about not being able to get the tv to work until a couple of days into our stay, even after following the written instructions we received. Also, unlike stated in the information advertised on HomeAway, the studio does not close off completely to become a sixth bedroom with a sofa bed. (It is an open room next to the master bedroom.) That was a big deal to our group and should be made more clear in the advertising.

Best View in the Canyon!
Overall, my stay here was close to perfect. Several of us were in town for a reunion and this house was perfect! Comfortable, great flowing living space. Comfortable beds, etc. Only complaint is the bedrooms, except for the master which has a separate thermostat, were pretty chilly. Had a difficult time regulating the temperature. Having said that, Johnny, the manager, was helpful. Highly recommend this rental!!!

This Sundance cabin is in a beautiful setting and had lots of room for our whole family!
We had plenty of room for the 16 of us... lots of fun gathering places, inside and outside. We were close to hiking access to Stewart Falls, and lots of water play at Provo Beach and Deer Creek Reservoir. The owners were quick to provide help when needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Area!
Our family had a recent reunion in this lovely home. There was ample space indoors and out for our group of 20. The scenery is impossible to be surpassed, and we loved our time hiking to Stewart Falls and riding the ski lift at Sundance. We did have a couple of issues come up during the week which were handled swiftly and to our satisfaction. We’d love to return.

This place is amazing!
This is my second time staying here and it is seriously the best view in the entire community. I've stayed at a lot of cabins up there and this is hands down my favorite. On downfall was that it was not made clear that you have to be able to go through a gated community to get there. By the time we got up there, I had to turn around and go get service down at sundance to call someone to get the code. They got it to me right away but I had to drive all the way back up. The other problem is if you put the address in google maps it will not take you to the right cabin. I wish this would have been brought to our attention sooner than when we were trying to find the cabin.

Unbelievable! Words won't do it justice
This property is a must for those who want the very best of the Sundance experience. It also has the closest and most pristine vantage point to Mt. Timpanogos. High end throughout with every finer detail accounted for. Comfortable beds, linens, over the top cleanliness. We had an extended family of 13 and could not have wanted for more. The owners were so accommodating and kind. We will certainly be back again and again!

Absolutely Breathtaking View! Love this place!
The view from the property is absolutely stunning. The property is extremely well kept and was perfect for our stay. We loved it! The charm of Sundance, combined with the grandeur of the surrounding mountains (which feel close enough to touch) make this property a true one of a kind. Supreme all around.

Mini Switzerland
My husband and I commented that if we had flown half way around the world to stay at this place it would have been worth it, but luckily we only live 30 min away! This place is as spectacular as the Swiss villages we've stayed in. The views are breathtaking, hiking is incredible, and the quaint feel is so relaxing. Put this on your bucket list!

Incredible Time
From the incredible view, location of house (although I see what people mean how hard it would be to get to in snow/ice), the quick and professional response of the property management team, I would highly recommend staying here. Having coffee to that view, heading out for the day to all the beautiful area attractions that we did - Men loved the golf at Wasatch, Park City was lovely, Heber Railroad fun, Seeing Olympic Park was very interesting, Temple Square/Salt Lake City a tour of the KindigIt custom car garage, a hike to the base of Stewart Falls, a chair ride lift to the top of the mountain at Sundance Resort followed by dinner made the trip that much better. The house, area, people, surpassed our expectations. It was difficult to tear ourselves away to leave this beautiful spot and go out for the day but only realizing we had it to come home to.

Best experience
We had a women's retreat at this property. I want to start by taking John and the staff for how amazing they were. They waited for us to get to the house and showed us around which was a life saver. The drive to the house was a bit scary simply because we did not have any network on our way to the house. The views, the décor everything was perfect for our group. Sundance stole a piece of my heart and I cannot wait to come back. This is probably the best house I have stayed in. It was a dream.

Wow! This is a great place for a special family get away.
The accommodations were perfect for a family of our size. The location gives a feeling of seclusion which adds greatly to the enjoyment. All of our children and grandchildren have expressed a desire to rent the lodge again. The lodge was very clean, welcoming and roomy. There are lots of comfortable bedrooms. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking. A number of us enjoyed a snowy hike to Stewart Falls. The children could watch movies or work on craft projects in some spacious areas. There are plenty of areas to gather and visit. The available extra tables and chairs were very helpful. Air hockey and ping pong were lots of fun. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and serving utensils. Having access to the internet was very helpful to many in our family. We will not hesitate to recommend the Sundance Lodge to our friends and acquaintances.

Awesome property! The views are even BETTER than the photos. Perfect family gathering spot.
We were overwhelmed from our first impression on. The views make this experience. House is very well laid out to capture the alpine scenery but also provides many inviting spaces where one can retreat and just enjoy nature. Though part of a gated community this property is very private. Ample rooms and space for 5 adult couples - at least. Everyone had their own space. One can hike to the waterfall, and walk to Sundance Resort. The resort can arrange most any outdoor activity for you. We did everything! There is no store nearby so shop in Provo on your way up. And use the excellent driving instructions provided by the renter - do not follow Google maps. Once you arrive you won't want to leave. Have a great visit.

Breath-taking location, perfect for big groups
This property is perfect for big groups. The common area is on the upper level with sleeping quarters below. There are plenty of little decks, lawns and outdoor spaces. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. There are two wood burning fireplaces in the common area, and it's the BEST! The View is absolutely mind-boggling and you can hike to Stewart Falls directly from the house. We had a lovely meal in the treeroom at Sundance and both the food and the wines blew us away. We will be back for sure! A few small things to know: • Internet is slow (about 8 dial-ups worth). We had to make sure only one person was on if they needed to get something done online. • It's very hard to find. Strongly recommend contacting them before your stay to make sure you understand which roads to take and not take (because Google Maps took us up a road we weren't really supposed to be on). • There weren't any toiletries provided. None of us brought body soap, so just plan for that.
