Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation Vacations & Trips from $994

We had a horrible experience at this lodge and were extremely disappointed with how management handled the situation. The jacuzzi appeared to have an extremely high level of chemicals. After getting out, my son’s black BOSS swimming shorts had actually turned brown. Once we returned to our room, our bodies began itching badly, and it became severe enough that we had to go out and purchase Benadryl for my son. We contacted management that same night, but no manager called us back until the following day. That was very disappointing considering this involved a health and safety concern. Even worse, management did not speak directly with the person who actually experienced the reaction. Instead, they spoke with my brother. After explaining what happened, their idea of resolving the situation was simply telling us they would not charge us for parking. How does waiving a parking fee appropriately address a situation where a guest experienced severe itching after using the jacuzzi, needed medication, and had swimming shorts permanently discolored? The lack of urgency, communication, concern, and proper resolution from management was unacceptable. Because of the way this situation was handled, I no longer trust this hotel and would not stay here again.

Was clean. Looked like fairly new remodel. Casino was decent. $20 parking a day bit much but I guess everywhere does it in Tahoe perhaps I'm too used to Reno which doesn't. Confusing getting from garage to checkin. Didn't eat here went to brews brothers in Harrah's and places in general area. Was just looking for casual dining, more upscale in casino. Don't touch minibar! Not sure if I'd stay again if in Tahoe.

The property as clean with beautiful views! Very spacious room! We will be back for sure!
