No pool no heater , location is ok ,don’t let money in your room stealing

While the hotel itself was nice, if a little noisy, it was well located and had a lovely terrace area. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by how the hotel handled an issue with our room. We'd specifically paid extra for a room with a bathtub, as we were arriving after a multi-day hike and were looking forward to a relaxing bath. However, when we arrived, we were given a downgraded room without one. When we raised this with the staff, they weren't particularly helpful. I gathered that our original room had been given to someone else. Instead of offering a refund for the difference in room price, they offered us a bottle of wine and a $2 taxi ride (which initially took us to the wrong place in any case) and told us to contact Expedia for a refund. We subsequently contacted Expedia, who made multiple attempts to reach the hotel to approve the refund, but received no response. Overall, a nice hotel in a good location, but it's a shame that the poor customer service let it down.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The floor however hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Check in was a bit slow but check out was quick and the bellhop was very helpful getting our luggage out to the car. Complimentary breakfast was good and the lobby always had hot tea and coffee available.

Very nice front staff. Didn't like the noise from the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. Nice staff. A little bit of a walk to get to from Main square. Up stairs. Rooms are cute
