This was just the cutest hotel. It's not new but our room was updated and had the most incredible view of the valley from the balcony. The price is right and we enjoyed our stay.
Our stay was great. It was really close to the hot springs which we really enjoyed. We had a kitchenette which was helpful and the staff were very friendly.
The wifi didn’t work, running the bathroom sink led to the shower backing up and getting clogged, and there was a broken window fixed with tape.
BUT the room was clean, smelled good, and the beds were comfy.
The room was ok. It's small and not a lot of storage to put your things. I think it would be ok for a one night stay, but not any more than that. We stayed for 3 nights. The outside patio was a nice bonus though.
Staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. The room was fresh, clean, and air‑conditioned, which was especially nice on a hot day. Although the space was a bit dated, it offered great value for the price point.

Disliked: Cleanliness
This is an older property..or at least the room we had is!! The bed was comfortable.
When my wife went to use the shower there was hair on the walls of it, not so good! We were extremely tired and cold from our motorcycle trip so I didn't complain to the operator/owner.
Would I stay here again.... I'd look elsewhere 1st
This was the most reasonably priced motel in Radium. The room was clean and quiet. Having a fridge and microwave was helpful. I loved the balcony, it was at the back and faced the forest. A nice place to sit and relax. Very peaceful. The only negative is that it definitly needs some cosmetic work and tlc. It really could use a fresh coat of paint on the doors, sills and balcony rails. Was looking worn. Despite this I would stay here again.
Staff was nice. The room has a kitchen and all the needed items. Coffee machine and microwave in room.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
It was close to the spring. The manager/owner was friendly and helpful and accommodating. It was reasonable considering that we were having to rely on motels.
Room was clean and cozy. Perfect set up for a few nights we needed it for.
Staff was pleasant, accommodating. No issues.
Sometimes the internet was spotty for watching shows, or the remote wouldn't respond to changing channels.
Great, cheap place. It was clean and staff were courteous and nice.

Part of the property had been renovated, we were not in that part unfortunately. Room was clean but there were little harmless beetles that kept coming in and we had to keep scooping them up and tossing them out.

The bathrooms need work but other than that the room felt like a little cabin and the view out the back door was amazing!!! The only other issue other than the bathroom is the beds are hard, very hard being a bit disabled this was a huge problem for me but if you like hard beds this is definitely a place to stay! The guy up front super friendly and loved his friendly laid back demeanour. One thing I wanted to do was to have a fire and roast marshmallows with the kids so having campgrounds around the motel was perfect! Oh let’s not forget Tim Hortons is only a 15 minute drive from the motel!!! If you love your coffee like me it’s a nice little drive for that hot cup of coffee!
