"Location was incredibly convenient to Cooperstown Dream Park and Cooperstown - even from the perspective that coming in from the South made getting into CDP easier. There is ample space both inside and out for multiple families to stay. We brought some yard games/activities. "
"Stayed while son was playing at All-Star Village, about 15 minute drive. Close to Cooperstowns and Dreams also. Cabin was clean, can't beat being on the water! Even caught a fish from the back dock. Good communication from owner. "

It was peaceful and surrounded by woods yet close enough to get to the ball fields in under 20 minutes. The home is well equipped and met all our needs. "Our stay from July 6-11 while our son was playing baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village was perfect. The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. It was a scenic 18-minute drive from the Lakeside cottage to the All Star fields by Oneonta (I think it’s even closer to the other baseball complex by Cooperstown).The rustic cottage was perfect for our needs and was comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. The lake views are amazing and we enjoyed relaxing on the dock by the water (and my wife and son enjoyed use of the paddle boards on the lake).The owner, Wade, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. His restaurant recommendations were all spot-on for what we were looking for. For our family and needs, this was a great place to relax and sleep and enjoy a little downtime between all of the baseball activities that brought us to Cooperstown — highly recommended!"

"Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. Some showers were a little cramped for larger people but we managed. Outside grill and fire pit. The house is directly south on the same road as Dreams park about 6min away and coming from that direction traffic was significantly less than coming from north of Dreams park. This was a great house for a large group with players going to Cooperstown and siblings that needed things to do."

"We stayed here for a week while our son played baseball and it was wonderful - super cute and had everything we needed. Loved being able to say hello to the horses as we arrived and left for all the games and activities we had at Dreams Park, which wasn’t too far of a drive. Jan, the host, was great and we would definitely recommend it. "
"Great old farmhouse 5 minutes from Dreams Park. Very nicely remodeled. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Bathrooms were remodeled tastefully with all the amenities and more that you could need. Brand new washer and dryer which turned out to be very useful. Nice private pool area with plenty of seating, Great place to relax at the end of a long day at Dreams Park. Had a nice outdoor grill, but we did not use. Overall fantastic house in a great location if your kid is playing at Dreams Park. We saw some of the other parents rentals and this house was by far superior in regards to location, condition and price. Owner was easy to deal with and great at answering questions beforehand and during our stay. "
