Its a very nice hotel in a very convenient location. The front desk is exceptional and the pool and gym were great. It was busy when I stayed there so it might not be optional if you are looking for peace and quiet. It was also a great price! Excellent work Mariott!

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is also fantastic, especially if you enjoy being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Crabtree Valley Mall is right across the street and easily within walking distance. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Positives The Customer Service with Wilson during Breakfast and Keisha at the front desk was excellent! The staff was affable and extremely helpful! Negatives While at the bar, a roach crawled across the counter next to my food. There were also a few smaller bugs in my bathroom. I realize that the hotel is currently under construction; however, the hotel needs to be throughly sprayed on a WEEKLY basis to keep this under control.

There is a community microwave instead of each room having their own, reminded me of college. The balcony I paid for faced towards nothing….not even trees had a view of the top of the ceiling. TV was mounted so we couldn’t connect an HDMI to play additional games and was told it was because we were placed where the old televisions were. The beds however were extremely comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and honestly beautiful! Our room wasn't ready when we arrived around 3:45 pm and we were told we would receive a call when it was ready but we never did. By the time we got back from our concert though, we were able to check in just fine and they comp'd our breakfast the next morning, which a lovely touch.
