“Great stay at the Little Rock House for us while we enjoyed the festivities of Bike fest. Easy access to downtown and all bike paths. The house is as pictured. Comfortable beds, although the metal frame on the primary is quite creaky and squeaky ( maybe a tightening and some WD40). The kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed for our stay. “Pros: This location is so good for walking to downtown Bentonville. The property felt safe and was very clean and decorated well. The neighborhood was quiet at night even though it was right next to all the action in downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Cons: I don't love when a home has a coffee maker but doesn't provide coffee. I stopped on the way and grabbed some coffee pods just in case and I'm glad I did because there were only hot chocolate pods available. It's a simple fix that...
