"This was a perfect stay. The location couldn’t have been better, just a few minutes from Universal. Mornings started with coffee on the balcony, and evenings ended with long, relaxing showers and cozy beds. The layout provided plenty of space, and the private parking was a pleasant surprise. Our hosts did a wonderful job hitting the balance of convenience, security, comfort, and affordability. I would definitely stay again."

"We had an amazing stay at John's place. Everything was exactly as described and the place was amazingly clean! (I'm a crazy germaphobe and tend to reclean everything when I stay at any place, but I didn't have to reclean any of the bathrooms, toilets, showers, kitchen or floors!) There were a few games our kids happily played with and a well stocked kitchen with ample cutlery and dishes, plus the basic oil, salt, pepper, flour, sugar, pots and pans. The A/C was quick and efficient. Shower never ran out of hot water. Being able to do laundry was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay at John's again and highly recommend it! We didn't take photos but it was exactly per the pictures on the listing!"

"The inside of the hotel is in very good condition and allof the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The surrounding neighborhood is not the nicest, but it is a convenient and central location, which worked great for us to attend Universal Studios and the beach."
