“The property was great and lots of places to walk my dog. I liked the location, next to the vineyard and easy drive to downtown Newport. My only minor complaint was that I went to the guest services to talk to them about the ants in the kitchen (it rained a lot so I understand ants can happen) and they said they would treat the kitchen that afternoon and they never showed up.”

“The cottages were well maintained and quaint in appearance and location. We had to work remotely for a few days which was challenging when meetings occurred simultaneously for my husband and I because there is only setting downstairs (just bed upstairs). It would be nice to know if you have a parking spot in front of your cottage or not when booking. Our cottage required us to park and walk to the cottage which was not a big deal but would have been nice to know when booking for planning...

“The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy. Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies.”

“The pictures do not do this place justice. Cute cottage located RIGHT on the water. The screened in porch, with heater, provided protection from the rain and we were able to sit and just listen to the water and the seagulls screeching. Super relaxing. Location is everything. Close to grocery stores and restaurants (all types and all styles). Tons of big fluffy towels and there were even lots of beach towels to use. Outdoor area is amazing with adorondack chairs around a fire pit and a big table...

“A lovely bayside property in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Owners have seen to it that cottage is well stocked with sufficient linens & kitchen gear. The yard is lovely as well.The Views from the wrap around back deck are majestic. We will try to return in the future.”

“We enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been in the front unit - that unit had a wonderful full water view. This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. ”

“Rented place for my groomsman for my wedding weekend, house and location are great, lots of room to enjoy the day and was close to all the venues we needed to get to to, weekend was incredible. Just remember to buy fans as the upstairs does get pretty hot in the summer time, house has crank windows that don’t fit ac’s. We managed just fine and it was fantastic.”

“Was a nice little cottage. Only upgrade could be to the bathroom towels which were pretty rough and thin, but that is a nitpick. Would stay again.”

“We visited for 4 days and really enjoyed the cottage on the water. The view was excellent and it was clean. The guest room bed was really squeaky and not super sturdy. Our son ended up on the sofa which was fine. The master bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped There are paddle boards, there is a a canoe, a fire pit and a grill. The best part was the view and the quiet....”

“The cottage reflects the VRBO description perfectly. It was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The fenced in yard, little enclave, and neighborhood beach were all very convenient especially having our little dog with us. Location is easy jumping point for local outings and day trips. We visited a winery, beach points in nearby towns, and Newport. Special shout out to the Cheese Wheel at Four Corners...delicious take out!”

“I was looking for a comfortable place for myself and my dog for a few days -and Cindy’s place was perfect. Private-amazing views- home made banana bread! Cindy also provided a Variety of locals soaps, lotions and facial scrubs to sample-looking forward to returning”
