“This hotel rocks, it has everything that every traveller needs. Wash machine plus dryer machine, cook, fridge..etc. the heater and hot running water are strong enough to keep you warm too. Id really like to staying with ice apartment again. It’s only 2 mins walk distance to centre and your information, 5mins walk to pick up station even. 1 min walk distance to get vietnams food. ”

“The kitchen is perfect with all the necessaries provided. Though the location of hotel is a bit far away from the city centre, the facilities are clean and with a lower price. I hope that they can add in more lights though cause it’s a bit dark for me even if I turned on all the lights.”

“apartment was really nice and clean, even bedroom and bathroom! The kitchen for some easy cook only because they don't have exhaust fan, but it acceptable. Bedroom will be some noisy If you open the window on Fri/Sat night. The Bonus is 10mins away only! Anyway, i recommend this apartment to you all.”

“Contente de notre séjour, l’hôtel était propre, la chambre bien équipée. Cependant il nous a manqué le contact avec l’hôte. Nous l’avons contacté plusieurs fois pour un changement de serviette mais nous n’avons jamais eu de retour ou été recontacter. Sinon je recommande car tout ce fait facilement et c’est proche du centre ville a pied ”

“Nice apartment -- pick somewhere else if you want to cook. Newly refurbished apartment in an nice older Art Deco era apartment. The apartment itself was stylish and well appointed. Furnishings were relatively new and everything was in good repair. The cooking facilities were severely lacking for someone who plans to actually cook a meal. 2 burner stove with temperature labels worn off, I had to guess which direction was high or low. Burners are too close together to fit a frying pan and……

“整體感覺很好 check in時沒有櫃台，只有一只電話，需打電話去和對方聯繫 之後依循電話的只是獲得密碼打開保險箱 本次住宿為3F九號房，房間內附有廚房，鍋碗瓢盆設備一應具全，咖啡茶包鹽巴也都有 房間設備也很齊全，也有暖氣 外有一陽台空間，不過陽台是可以通向其他四間房間 從自己房間內無法出去陽台（看得出去，門被封死），從緊急逃生口可以通往陽台空間 由於房間外就是陽台，出門都要將窗簾拉上 廁所空間很大，不過廁所的通氣窗也沒有窗簾，會擔心隱私問題 住宿期間四晚遇上二次火災警報，虛驚一場，工作人員的處理也很迅速”
