The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. "Double room was tiny. You could only hang coats. You had to climb over the other person to get in to bed. Cups in the room where tiny, you got a shot of tea or coffee not a cup, we had to buy a cup to have a brew. Rooms where to hot even with the radiator off and you couldnt open a window. No where comfortable to sit in the room or anywhere in the hotel. Hard wooden chairs everywhere. "

"We had a great stay at CityHub Reykjavík the pods are modern, clean, and surprisingly cozy. The outdoor hot tub was definitely the highlight, relaxing in warm water while it’s cold outside is such an Icelandic experience. The breakfast concept was a bit unusual, but it wasn’t a big deal since the lobby has everything you need a great space to meet people, store your food, and even cook."
