"The breakfast was fresh. The room was overall clean. They seriously need to clean or replace the couches. The couch I had was filthy under the the pillows. The staff when checking in was pleasant. One cleaning lady was very kind. The others were not. If you go during the winter season don’t expect the snow to be cleared in front of the hotel. The cleaning people were loads one morning. Woke me up before 8, with the noise in the hallway. This should be required! Maintenance could have shoveled and cleared the entrance. Honestly the breakfast should have been included. "

"This was a last minute booking to keep us save from travelling in a storm back to our rented house and we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and clean the apartment was. The receptionist were fabulous and really made us feel comfortable, including finding travel toothbrushes for all of us since we had not planned to stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the needed utensils and an expansive mini bar... in fact, we were sad that we did not book this place for longer as part of our trip. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend."
