"The hostess was gracious, charming and accommodating. The supper and tour of the winery facilities were personable, enjoyable and welcoming. The breakfast included plenty of fresh foods, fruit and pastries.The pool was very clean. The view from the pool and the room was bucolic. "My family and I stayed for a week at Le Zarafe. The owners were all very friendly. The rooms were all of a good size, even the singles had double beds, and were cleaned every day. There was a good variety of toiletries and a non-slip mat in the shower which I appreciated.
Breakfast was very generous and the menu varied each day.
The only drawback for me, as an older visitor, was the swimming pool did not have a safety rail to assist getting in and out, but the pool area was very clean and there were plenty of loungers and parasols, there was also a shaded area with tables and chairs to sit in the evening or when it was too hot."
"Great stay. Lovely spacious area. It has two separate bathroom so we have our own privacy. One bedroom with en-suite. The other bathroom is further away but bigger.
Overall good instruction from check in to the apartment. Clearer instruction could be given for check out, no keys required and waited for sometime for staff availability to confirm check out. But they said don’t need to do anything we could have just left. "
