The check-in experience was disappointing. Early check-in costs $40, but if you arrive at the regular check-in time, be prepared for a long line. There were only two people working at the front desk when I arrived. I tried using the self check-in machines, which turned out to be a mistake. Two of them froze completely. The third one allowed me to finish the process, but the touchscreen was badly misaligned. Typing my email address was surprisingly difficult because I had to deliberately press next to the actual keys for the correct letters to register. I also suspect that using the machine resulted in me getting one of the less desirable rooms. I was assigned a room on the 7th floor right next to the elevators. Be very careful with rooms near the elevators. You can hear what sounds like a train coming every few minutes. I was actually surprised that Expedia allowed the hotel to assign this room for a regular reservation. The price was not cheap at all. In fact, I have paid less for a room at the Bellagio before. The room itself was relatively clean, but otherwise nothing particularly impressive. To make things worse, the lights and electrical outlets on one side of the room did not work. Overall, for the price I paid, I expected a much better experience.

There was no guest information desk, The check in desk didn't know nothing! Just check in information.
