Room gross. Staff friendly and helpful. Did not use shuttle. Shops nearby were convenient. Entire property breaking down and needs a gut then remodel. I have stayed at this property more than three times, its my favorite place to stay in Ketchikan when I'm here. The place is clean and beautiful and has a million dollar view. Additionally, the host is wonderful and easy to communicate.
