Differences to know are that there is only a 3 seat couch in the living room; there are no side chairs. Super close to Cloudland Canyon for hiking and Chatanooga.We had no problem with the steep stairs/ladder to the bed but keep that in mind if you have mobility issues or need to go up and down often.
