"This place is a total disaster. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. False Advertising: When I booked online, it clearly stated that breakfast was included. However, during check-in, the front desk told me there was NO breakfast because "the owner decided not to provide it." Total bait-and-switch scam! Filthy & Broken Rooms: Our first room on the 2nd floor had a completely clogged sink. We were moved to the 3rd floor, which was equally disgusting. As you can see from the photos, the bathtub was peeling, the toilet was stained, the flooring was cracked, and the sink was falling apart. Safety & Health Hazards: The elevators reeked of urine and marijuana. The property is surrounded by homeless people, making it feel extremely unsafe for my family. The management is dishonest, and the facility is a biohazard. I will NEVER stay here again and will be reporting this to corporate. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SAFE ELSEWHERE!"
