“Got 2 loads of laundry stolen out the dryer and when notified staff to roll back cameras I was told sorry I'm only able to see live view on the cameras so what is the point of even having cameras so ya took a loss on a lot of clothes ”

“Ileft my clothes in the room and forgot about it.
When I called the hotel the next day, they said they didn't have them. I'm quite sure I put my clothes in the wardrobe. It must be that the staff saw my clothes were designer brands and took them without reporting it.”
