I booked this hotel for a one night stay. Then I read the reviews and wondered if I’d made a bad mistake. However, I can honestly say that we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was quiet, clean and we were treated very well. Excellent value for money.

Limited parking - nearest car park 5 minute walk

I couldn't park which was a hassle, I had to park around 5 - 10 minutes away. There is limited parking which is great if you arrive early. The hotel itself was comfortable and ideal for my business trip. Staff were friendly and polite.

Very poor customer service

Cannot fault the room or facilities, which were modern and very clean. However my immediate experience was being told off for my coat dripping on the floor (it was absolutely tipping it down outside, so hardly my fault). I was then informed I had reacted badly to this and did not have to stay at the hotel!!
