The staff were very helpful. We rented one of the villas, which was very roomy and spacious. However, the villa did not look like the pictures on the website, it appears they photographed their villa with the nicest ground and promoted that as all villas, so this is something to be aware of. Further, to get to the villas there is something like 200 plus stairs so you are required to use an elevator to go up. The elevator had a mechanical pulley system and was quite small and rickity. Twice during our stay the elevator was out of order; luckily once we were going down and the other time they brought a golf cart to pick us up. I am surprised it wasn't mentioned in prior reviews. However, I do believe this is one of the nicer hotels on the island, as we heard from a lot of other travellers and taxi drivers."
