This is one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve had! The apartment was so comfortable and quiet (we slept so well) while being close to Trevi. The location was perfect because just a few minutes walk away there is amazing pizza, pasta, things to visit and stores. The manager was simply outstanding! She was extremely available, prepared and amazing breakfast everyday, and clearly has the guests’ experience at heart. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for Casa Modelli, you will not regret staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Modelli! The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance of many of Rome’s most famous attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient. The staff was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was seamless and easy, which was especially appreciated after a long day of traveling. We arrived at 8AM the day of check in and the offered us breakfast and room was ready while eating breakfast. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. What really made the experience stand out was the combination of the beautiful accommodations, outstanding service, and unbeatable location. Everything felt well taken care of, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. If you’re visiting Rome and want a comfortable, clean place to stay right in the heart of the city, I highly recommend Casa Modelli. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends!

Very large unit 2bd/2ba. TV broke early in my stay but was only replaced after we left! Elevator was challenging when other tenants wouldn’t use it properly. Otherwise it was a great stay and super close to the Trevi Fountain. Karla and Olga were amazing!

Amazing staff and breakfast situation on the roof. Disorienting to arrive after an overnight flight to what we thought was a full-on hotel and find no lobby. But staff soon found us and welcomed us warmly. Clean, spacious spaces and an amazing location. Amazing value for Rome.
