Our room was nice and clean but the TV did not work. They came to try and fix it and but then after they left we had no volume. The staff was nice and helpful but the pool was closed when we got there then opened so my youngest was able to swim. Our team was looking forward to swimming after their afternoon game to only find out the pool was closed again. We had conflicting stories from the staff, one stating someone pooped in the pool, another stating they closed it because of the tournament. Another was kids were not following the rules. Of course the pool was to be reopened at 1pm the day everyone was supposed to check out. They tried to help with some board games but it still wasn't a good situation. We tired to get the conference room only to be told it was too much work to get approval to not even an hour later another team was able to get in there. On the day of our checkout the elevator was not working correctly that we had to have someone go to a floor up from the first to hit the button so it would go to the first floor and we were told they have someone coming to fix it. We were there Friday to Sunday and on Saturday when we tried to get breakfast they were out of everything and there was still almost an hour left until it was to close. They same thing happened again on Sunday. Very frustrating when the reason you book at a specific location is due to the amenities that they offer and then not being able to use them. ##### Melanie 2025 年 12 月入住 2 晚 ### 4/10 很差 #### David 与家人出行 2025 年 11 月 17 日 不满意：住宿条件和设施，服务设施 While the room itself was well laid out and comfortable, the service was definitely lacking. We stayed 4 nights and had room service once only. No restocking of coffee pods, cups, facial tissue or fresh towels. No making of the bed; just once for the 4 days there! The toilet ran constantly and I had to report how to fix it. The shower drain was clogged and that was reported upon checkout. The ironing board was broken and wouldn’t open so it was left out of the closet so if the housekeeper came it would be taken away to be fixed. It wasn’t moved so I reported that and the toilet running to the front desk. Fortunately the maintenance person fixed the toilet and the ironing board that day. When we checked out my wife commented that even if there was no daily bed making there should be a refreshing of the coffee service, tissues, cups etc. The clerk told her it was the guest’s responsibility to tell the front desk that they might need these things! So if you want to make a cup of coffee for more than once in 4 days the guest has to anticipate and act on that?! I answered an email about our stay sent from Marriott and the hotel manager responded to all these issues by saying she was sorry and this wasn’t their normal level of service!
