A good budget hotel, 15 minutes walk from Terminii train station. Great location for all the important sites in Rome. Hotel is in reasonable condition, could use some updates to bathroom but clean overall with very comfortable bed. Great breakfast for 10 euros. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

This hotel was in the perfect location to get to the Termini quickly. Clean room and bathroom, great breakfast and very friendly receptionist clear that gave excellent tips for navigating the city.

The staff was helpful and the place was clean. My only complaint was the shower. The water would get scaulding hot and then ice cold, nothing in between. No matter what setting it was at.

Walking distance to the central metro station which was a huge highlight. 20 minute walk to all central attractions, meaning that the property was in a more quieter part of the city. Property was clean, and 24hr front staff were present.

Stayed here 2 nights prior to a cruise. The room was clean and basic but due to the extreme fluctuations in water temperature of the shower I can’t in good conscience give a great review…had my husband not had the shower nozzle pointed away from him it would have badly scalded him during his shower. The water was a moderate temperature then suddenly fluctuated to extremely hot! (No, I didn’t flush the toilet while he was in there.) This is a safety hazard that could have easily caused injury. Outside of that, the breakfast was pretty good, convenient location and staff was nice enough. I would not recommend this for anyone with mobility issues though as the entrance is up several marble stairs and breakfast area is only accessible via stairs, elevator is very small.

A ten minute walk from termini. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room is slightly outdated. There is a restaurant around the corner that likes to stay up late and I could hear them from the room.

Very convenient location and friendly staff, but thin walls, outside noise late at night and AC wasn't working correctly. Within walking distance of the metro, very nice location. The bed wasn't too comfortable - it felt like two twins pushed together so there was a depression in the middle. At night my room got above 24C and i mentioned it twice but nobody ever came to check the room. I opened the window at night but there is a restaurant/bar nearby and they were quite noisy until about 3am. . . Even with the window closed and on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for those in the USA), i could still hear them; which made for some warm nights.

Quite noisy because of the thin walls or door. Very annoyed with the couple’s noise in the night and early morning. The location is quite convenient, and you can visit many spots by walk or bus. The room itself is clean and well equipped/ maintained though it’s old.

My stay in the hotel was amazing. I went to Rome to celebrate my birthday and the staff surprised me with a birthday cake during breakfast which was fantastic! The staff were polite and helpful too. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

We had a great stay overall. The room included streaming services on the TV, which was a nice bonus for relaxing at night. Daily housekeeping kept everything clean, including a spotless bathroom. We also had a floor-to-ceiling window door that could open, which made the room feel bright and fresh. The rooftop bar had a fantastic view of the Duomo and was a great spot to unwind. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.

This hotel did the old "bait and switch". You book this hotel, they tell you your room is unavailable, and then they make you walk 15 minutes away to another location. The room was extremely tiny, so was the shower. There was a weird wet/mildew smell the whole time. I would NEVER stay here again.

This property did not live up to its billing. It was very loud and we had crowds of school kids staying which led to noise, knocking on doors, changing the signs from do not disturb to needs cleaning, etc. The plumbing was awful with the shower changing from scalding to freezing in an instant and is frankly dangerous. I would not stay there again.

The property was closed ! Was sent to another hotel called (No To Hotel ) the name was right NO don't stay here!. The First night the A/c goes out at 3am I wake up sweating! I call the exception on the phone in the room no answer I called the reception on my cell phone no answer I had to go down to the front reception I asked him can you fix this he says it's not my job! Horrible customer service! They even took my cell phone charger and nice found it !

Helt ok hotell. Allt fungerade som det skulle även om hotellet är ganska slitet. 10 minuters promenad från tågstationen och ungefär lika lång till någon tunnelbana. Det är dock ett riktigt hotell med reception öppen dygnet runt även om det ibland var lite svårt med engelskan. Ganska slitna hotellrum som var väldigt lyhörda. AC fungerade ganska dåligt men vi var där i maj så det gjorde inte så mycket. Flera vägguttag var ur funktion i vårt rum. Stort plus med kylskåp på rummet. Bättre frukost än förväntat också som var prisvärd.
