"We never have issues with this property. We visit 3 or 4 times a year. The staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are always clean. The beds are okay but hubby and I both have back problems so compared to other places we've stayed, we cant complain. This is our preferred hotel when visiting this area."

"My husband, 8 year old and I had a great stay here, just wish we could have stayed longer! Our room was clean and in good condition. It also had a nice view, even though we didn't pay for an upgrade. The property is beautiful with the lake and mountains. We ate dinner on the patio and there was a live musician who was awesome. The food was mediocre. My son enjoyed the pool. We had a great night and will be back to try out the boat rentals, trails and firepits."

"Had a great stay. Very clean and comfortable. The only downfall was the location of our room next to the elevator and ice machine. Ice machine was very noisy. People getting off the elevator at 1:00 am.,talking very loudly. The loud guests are no reflection on Best Western or its staff. I would highly recommend this hotel."
